I'm sure you all are getting tired of all the new Angora chatter/pictures/whatnot, but I'm still rather carried away. ;) Remember my Lilac/Blue Doe that I got with Jinger? Well she didn't quite work out for me, there were many reasons, the main one being I didn't want to work with Lilac (which is what she turned out being). It would require a completely different gene change for me, and I didn't want to work on switching to Dilutes. To breed them you have to have certain genes, different colors, and a ton of perseverance. Maybe in a couple years I'll be ready to tackle it, but not now. I have enough on my plate. So I traded her with my good friend Tessa for this gorgeous Black doe. She has been sheared (yay!) and is bred!!! I'm so delighted, she is bred to a Blue buck, and should have some blue babies. (of which I'll be keeping a doe or two). I named her Cicily, who can guess the National country name origin? Nope, not France. Not even Spain. Nor Greece. Not Even Italy. *hint hint* ;) PLEASE take a guess in the comments! You should know, but I recently met someone who didn't, perpetually shocking me. Jinger, doing her tantalizing little showoff. I may end up showing her, doll that she is. She is about 5 months old, I might breed her in November or December. :) Angel, who will be having a date with a BEW buck this upcoming Monday. I can't wait!!! BEW babies!! I'll be keeping one or two, and then maybe, maybe, MAYBE I'll have one or two for sale. Maybe. ;) Oh, and I'm hoping to see what Julianne will have for some babies, I can't hardly wait for my first Angora litters. :) Sweet Angelic, Little Amy. What. A. Doll. She is only 3-4 months old, and is the cutest little thing you ever met! Amy, in the little Mustard patch. Or actually rather large mustard patch. Some of the Leaves are 2 or 3x as big as my hand. Want some? You get a free bag with the Purchase of any bunny. ;) Here is a picture of Elise's baby bunnies. They are 3 weeks old now! Adorable as ever. Lisette had a nice healthy litter of 6 on October 15th. Pictures will come soon! She is so far being a great momma, her babies are all very nice. Well, Thank you for stopping by! I've had a lovely week (minus several dentist appts), and my bunnies keep me busy every day. Oh, and DO NOT forget to leave the meaning of the name Cicily in the comments. And NO looking it up on Google. ;) I'll bet you don't know. Most people would dub it Italian, even I could understand that one, but nope, that isn't it either. I think with some contribution this could be fun!
