Bungalow's Show Me Some Steel
Proudly bred here at Bungalow of Bunnies, this stunning Blue Doe is the daughter of Dustibunni's Sno (former herdsire here) and Mullen's SkyLark (closely related to Dustibunni lines). This lovely little lady's grandmother is the sibling sister to Dustibunni's Eloquence (top).
"Show Me Some Steel" is a Blue Steel doe, Appearing Phenotypic Blue, but geneotypic Steel, and upon close examination shows her Blue Steel. (she is therefore a Self Steel). She is an outstanding animal in body type and density. She placed 3rd place colored Junior Doe, at Angora Nationals in Amana, Iowa, 2016. Her color pigment for a blue is I feel remarkable, every judge she has ever been shown under has consistently pointed out the beautiful depth of wool color and highly admirable body type, as well as loving her density. She is the Half Sister to BIS Bungalow's Jubilee.

Bungalow's Cerulean Siri
This rare beauty is a Fairytale come to life in Blue.... From sea to shining sea, Bungalow's Cerulean Siri shines with unrivaled density, beautiful Width to her hindquarters, & a stunning body underneath wool that leaves you dreaming of all things soft and lovely. I can't even use words to sum up this doe. She is the result of what I've been working towards for many years in my Angora program. She is bound for 2017 National ARBA Convention, Fall 2017. Siri is a treasure. She is the beautiful daughter of Bungalow's Show Me Some Steel and Moirai's Zorro. Deep, dark, RICH pigment to this blue, she will always come back with the dark blue pigment that you rarely see past 1st coats, just like her mama. She has a beautiful balance of texture, SUPER easy care coat, heaps and mounds and oceans of density, not to mention the most lovable temperament. Another Bungalow Diva here, she is a doe that I feel will become a Legend here at Bungalow of Bunnies in the years to come.

Bungalow's My Lady Fairlight
This stunning young lady is a beautiful Lilac Tort Doe out of Terri's Sansa and Bri's Rome. She is a pride and joy, with her beautiful crimp, deep silky wool, gorgeous body, density and texture supreme, not to mention an astounding depth of color. I love this doe, named Fairlight for color bands like I've never seen before, and dubbed "My Lady" for her sweet yet royal attitude. Fairlight is a treasure, and I'm so very excited to see what she will produce for me.

Bungalow's Flicka of a Moment
Daughter of My Lady Fairlight, and Flower's Fresno. Fresno was a buck that was owned by a friend and has some outstanding Silvertone genetics. This doe is FANTASTICALLY dense, a huge credit to her dam line and a powerhouse of body, density and texture. I have a hard time finding anything bad to say about this doe. She is absolutely outstanding. I'm extremely, extremely picky about torts... I love my REWs and dilutes. But this tort dam line is utterly irresistable and astounding in quality. Head over heels in love with these girls. Flicka is bright shining gorgeous color, she is a Lilac Tort. Again, like her momma Fairlight, she shimmers with the high rufus that makes such deliciously colored wool for spinning. This doe was one of the easiest show coats EVER. Hardly any grooming ever, low maintenance, while maintaining beautiful show coat glory. Such a treasure.
DOB: June 9th, 2017 2 Legs. Registered. BOB Mt. Vernon 2/24/18, BOB MO State Convention 12/2/17 |
Moirai Angelina
This doe was a very special addition from Lil Peck's rabbitry Moirai. Angelina is a beautiful Blue Tort doe, lovely solid little body underneath that wool, beautiful density and texture. Lil's lines speak for themselves with their easy herd maintenance, the balance and texture of the wool on this doe is exceptional. She is truly a blessing. She has produced some lovely babies, and works well with multiple genetics I have in my rabbitry. She carries, Blue, Lilac and tort. Very NICE brood doe, a fantastic mom. Love this special girl.
She brings me one step closer to my goal of chocolates since I'm seeing Lilacs out of her. Throws beautiful babies with dark matched toenails. DOB: 1/16/17 Registered. |
Several more beautiful babies are up and coming as of 2018....
